Minutes of meetings are not an official record until approved by the parish council at it's next meeting. Until the next meeting these minutes are marked "DRAFT". Once approved the draft minutes are left on the website, and the approved ones stored in the library.

Residents are very welcome to attend any meeting, and there is a slot in the full council meetings for public participation.
