107/06 Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes of the meeting of 10 August. It was proposed by Peter Jenkins and seconded by John Horton that they be approved as a true and accurate record and were signed accordingly.

Construction of detached dwelling with integral garage.
Following discussion this was recommended for approval.

25 Endor Crescent
Single and two–storey extension
Councillors expressed concern that this was another extension that was going to change the street scene. Turning a row of semi–detached dwellings into a 'terrace'. There is no access to a garage or carport and no provision for an additional parking place is shown in the plan. Councillors would not like to see the loss of a front garden to accommodate this.

The report from Bradford had been distributed previously. It was the view of Bradford that this area did not conform to the criteria for a conservation area. This was accepted but it was noted that the council should ensure that the character of the area be maintained and the green belt surrounding it preserved.
