Councillor Jones opened the meeting.

271/0607 Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes of the meeting of 8th February 2007. It was proposed by Cllr Dale and seconded by Cllr Horton that the minutes were a true and accurate record and accepted accordingly.
272/0607 Matters arising
Cllr Jones had spoken to Martyn Burke at Ilkley Planning Office and it was confirmed that there was no planning agreement with Ghyll Royd school with regard to use of the sports hall by the local community. There may have been a private agreement between the Burley Community Council and the school but the Planning Office were not aware of any such agreement.

Construction of triple garage with storage room at first floor
After discussion the committee considered that the proposed development was prominent in the green belt.

Cllr Jenkins asked if there had been any further information on West Lodge. Parish Clerk to follow up with this issue with the Planning Office.
The stone wall at the perimeter of Brookside is still higher than planning regulations stipulate, Parish Clerk to ask Planning Office to investigate further.
Cllr Jenkins brought maps and photographs to illustrate the land at Leatherbank that had been discussed at previous meetings.
