Councillor Jones opened the meeting.

325/0607 Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes of the meeting of 22nd March 2007. It was proposed by Cllr Jenkins and seconded by Cllr Dale that the minutes were a true and accurate record and accepted accordingly.
326/0607 Matters arising
25 Wellfield Lane - Paul Verity agreed the size of the conservatory is large but located far enough from any boundaries and neighbouring properties not to create any issues regarding overlooking or overshadowing. Also the conservatory would be located in the rear garden and would not be visible from any public amenity areas. There has been no representation received from neighbours, and as such will have to recommend the application for approval. Committee agreed to accept these comments and not to pursue it further.
