Councillor Jones opened the meeting.

Cllr Tilford had sent apologies she was attending a SCAPAG meeting on behalf of the Parish Council, these were received and accepted.

358/0607 Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes of the meeting of 5th April 2007. It was proposed by Cllr Jenkins and seconded by Cllr Horton that the minutes were a true and accurate record and accepted accordingly.
359/0607 Matters arising
The Parish Council had received copies of three letters of objections by neighbours to application number 07/02225/FUL, Trout Beck Cottage, 16 Menston Old Lane. The letters had been received too late for consideration by the Parish Council but had been submitted to the Planning Office prior to the closing date. No decision had yet been given by the Planning Office.

Cllr Jones had received information on Planning Obligations, copies to be forwarded to members of the Planning Committee by the Parish Clerk.
The Parish Council had received a copy of the objection by Mr & Mrs Wrigglesworth and Mr & Mrs Bosomworth to the appeal by Mr & Mrs Teale over 30 Main Street.
Parish Clerk had contacted Martyn Burke with regard to the article in the Ilkley Gazette about Green Lane at Burley Woodhead. The work has been instigated by a resident on Green Lane who claims it is a temporary measure in order to enable access to his property so that work may be carried out. Planning Office confirmed that there have been no planning applications for either the new track or any work on a property at this location. Enforcement officers have advised that a retrospective planning application must be submitted or work should cease. To date work had not ceased and further action will be taken when the time allowed for an application to be submitted has lapsed.
Cllr Horton brought to the Council's attention that residents of Norwood Avenue had been notified of an outline planning application by Bradford Community Housing Trust for four apartments on the site of the demolished garages on Norwood Avenue. The plans would be considered at the next meeting of the Plans Committee.
