The minutes of the meeting of 26th April 2007. It was proposed by Cllr Walker and seconded by Cllr Jones that the minutes were a true and accurate record and accepted accordingly.
P6/0708 Matters arising
362/0607 Planning Obligations briefing note was circulated to all members of the committee.
362/0607 Green Lane, enforcement officers from BMDC were doing what they can within the law. Mr Brook-Crispin had 21 days to submit an application and it appeared that it would be an application for a permanent right of way.
Cllr Dale had been contacted by a local resident, further work is continuing up to Crag Top with further road construction, it is claimed it is an access road for heavy lorries for construction purposes.
Parish Clerk to check on the status of Green Lane i.e. is it an adopted road? To contact the Highways Records Officer at BMDC to clarify. A local resident is keeping a written and photographic record of on-going work this would be of great assistance. Local residents who use Green Lane are advised to check deeds, rights of access etc. to Green Lane.
P7/0708 Planning applications
Receipt of the following applications was acknowledged and considered as follows:
07/02826/FUL - 6 Conisborough Close
Two storey extension and first floor extension over garage
An application at this house had previously been withdrawn. No known objections. This is a revised plan and has addressed the concerns over extending the footprint of the house. Concern was expressed over impact on the neighbours and height of the garage. Clarify with Planning Office if the footprint is still under consideration when planning applications are made.
Resolved: Recommend approval subject to the Planning Office being satisfied that the proposed development is not overly intrusive on the neighbouring property.
