P65/0708 Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes of the meeting of 26th July 2007. It was proposed by Cllr Riley and seconded by Cllr Forrest that the minutes were a true and accurate record and accepted accordingly.
P66/0708 Matters arising
P56/0708 Spicy Ranch - Parish Clerk to send letter to licensing department expressing concerns over licensing hours of this business.
P56/0708 Green Lane - confirmation had been received this week that the application had been rejected using delegated powers to the planning officers. Applicants could still go to appeal to the Secretary of State. The Parish Council had received a vote of thanks from local resident for the assistance provided by the plans committee.
P57/0708 Eagles Nest (07/05358/FUL) - planning officers recommended refusal of this application. The proposed extension to this house in the green belt would bring cumulative additions up to 96% of the footprint of the original house. Planning officers had consulted the plans committee and at it was agreed not to go to planning panel.

Amendments to previously approved housing development to increase the number of new build apartments from 10 to 15
Resolved: recommend approval and strongly urge use of porous tarmac or similar material for the car park area.
Committee urged a planning condition be that the culvert running under the access road to the proposed development is strengthened before building material lorries are in operation on the site
