Use all possible influence to gain the maximum number of affordable accommodation units and/or sheltered units when The Lawn is developed High Bradford Comm. Housing Trust, Housing Enablers Outline plans discussed, but not finalised, and no guarantee of commuted sum from Scalebor being used Latest plans for 15 units near the Lawn.

Ensure Grange stays as public building with community access, and maintained for the benefit of the village High Bradford College, BMDC, MP, etc Closure announced by Bradford College. Future of building unknown (May 2006) Pressure being maintained. Awaiting outcome of BPC proposal for offices within development. Low cost accommodation unlikely.
