BCC continues in order to complete the Burley House Field issue. The Agenda for the meeting included the single item.
1. Burley House Field
The decision on the Field made in June was widely reported. Subsequently the Legal Department in BMDC queried whether Shipley Area Committee could take the decision on this matter and it has been referred to the Executive. Because of a number of changes in BMDC the matter has not yet been considered. We have been advised that there is no action that we should take at the present time.
