Sat 11 Summer Festival logoThis Festival event has to take place after grouse shooting restrictions on the moor are lifted. All runners, 15 years and over, are welcome. This run has established itself in the calendar of running events. The course is 11k on footpaths some of which are steep and uneven but they are well marked. There will be stewards to guide and assist where required. The course goes from Scalebor Park up to the high point of Burley Moor near the Great Skirtful of Stones and then returns to Scalebor. A photo gallery of previous runs can be found on this website.
