Burley‘s Police Community Support Officer
Welcome, my name is Andy Wade. I have been a PCSO for over 4 years covering the Wharfedale Ward (Burley in Wharfedale and Menston). Currently I predominantly cover Burley; this is referred to as a microbeat.
This means I am defaulted to Burley but would still cover Menston should the Officer covering that area be unavailable.
We work very closely with our Partner Agencies, one of which is the Neighbourhood Warden service. I pair up with Liz Bailey at least once a month for a joint patrol of the area. I pass information to Liz regarding environmental issues and any Police related issues are therefore passed to me.
