Burley & District Probus Club
Burley in Wharfedale Probus Club ( a Men's Group) meets on alternate Tuesdays in Salem Church Hall at 10 for 10.30 a.m., with Morning Coffee followed by a speaker.
The Probus Club has vacancies for six members at the present time.

At the AGM of Burley and District Probus Club on 5th February 2008, in the unavoidable absence of the President, Derrick Caygill, former President Peter Burrows installed the Vice President, Clive Moynes, as the President of the Club for this year. Ken Milnes was installed as Vice President. The two are shown in Salem Church Hall where the meeting took place, (President on the left). Other officers elected to the Club committee were Treasurer, Geoff Booth; Social Secretary, Vernon Whelan; Deputy Social Secretary, Brian Davies; Speaker Secretary, Frank Grant; Press Officer, Brian Clayton; Committee Member, Denis Bolton. The post of Secretary was not filled, but Peter Burrows is taking that office temporarily.
