Concessionary travel:
permits are available for senior citizens and the disabled or blind providing free local (and England-wide) bus travel, and concessionary travel on Metro-supported rail services.

The Access Bus service operates between 9am and 5.30pm Mon-Sat, 9am to 5pm Sun. Register for the service via the phone number above.
For anyone of any age who is unable to use conventional public transport, or who has extreme difficulty in doing so, due to a disability. Free of charge service for shopping or visiting family, friends and events.

Ilkley

Ticket Office at the railway station. Services available as Ilkley Travel Centre.
Burley
Timetables are displayed at the station for services to Ilkley, Leeds, Bradford and intermediate stations: services from 6.15am to 11.45pm Mon -Sat (9.30am to 11.30pm Sun)
Tickets are NOT issued at Burley Station: buy your ticket in advance OR on the train (or at Leeds, from the ticket window on the platform side of the barriers).
There is level access for wheelchair passengers to both platforms, but wheelchair access to the Ilkley-bound Platform 1 from the car park requires use of the narrow pavement under the railway bridge and then access via the centre entrance on Hag Farm Road. It is anticipated that this route will be improved.

Contact British Transport Police 0800 405040 to report any crime or vandalism at the station or on trains. (West Yorkshire Police do not handle transport crime issues.)
Contact Network Rail 08457 114141 to report any infrastructure faults (e.g. damage to the Moor Lane bridge caused by over-height lorries).

BUS
Burley:
services to Ilkley & Skipton, Otley & Leeds. Timetables at bus stops.
X84 is a limited stop service to Ilkley, Otley and Leeds from 6.30am to 11.20pm.
There are no weekday DAYTIME through buses to Bradford - use the trains (every half hour). However, service 963 runs via Aireville Terrace/Midgley Rd/Station Rd/Rose Bank/Sandholme Drive to Bradford (and reverse) five times every evening.
Service 650/652 runs on Sundays only.
Service 962 runs from Otley to Ilkley (and vice versa) via Sandholme, Rose Bank, Station Rd. and the Midgley Rd/Aireville Terrace loop from 7.30am to 6.40pm Mon - Sat
For Airedale Hospital: change in Ilkley to Keighley-direction services. A further change may be required at Steeton/Keighley.
For Wharfedale Hospital, Otley: change to local service 965 in Otley
For Leeds Bradford Airport: change to service 757 "Airlink" in Otley
For Harrogate: change to service 653 in Otley
Dales Bus - service 805 to Grassington, upper Wharfedale and Hawes and return: from Main Street on SUNDAY ONLY in Winter (to 1st April).
